Sunrise Boat House

Sunrise Boat House Short-Term Lease Agreement is required to be signed by the primary renter who must be 25 years of age or older and provide a copy of a their government issued ID that includes their name, home address, and date of birth at the time of booking

No parties or events on the premises

No smoking of any kind, vaping, or e-cigarette use in the house

A maximum of 2 dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No other types of pets are allowed.

Quiet hours should be observed outdoors from 10pm - 7am

No use of the fireplace or candles with flames on the premises

Fire pit flames should be doused with water before vacating the fire pit area

Do not park on the grass/yard, as it will damage the septic field

Ensure that all doors, windows, and the storage shed are locked when leaving the home

Any unused fish portions should be disposed in airtight bags, directly into the exterior trash bin
